Getting Help
From OpsWise Documentation Wiki
Several types of help are available to OpsWise users:
- This wiki contains all OpsWise Automation Center user documentation. Clicking the help
button (the upper right of Opswise screens) displays the main help menu.
- To watch a quick video on how to perform a specific task, click Support Links > Video Classroom from the navigation pane and select the video you want to view.
- To enter a help desk ticket, select Support Links > Support Portal from the navigation pane. You need an ID and password to enter help desk tickets. For details, contact your Opswise representative.
