Overview
The OpsWise Automation Center audit function maintains a detailed record of all user interactions with the system, including before and after images related to any change and a description of the differences. Audit records are written when the user performs any of the following actions:
- Creates a new record
- Updates a record
- Deletes a record
- Issues a command against a task or task instance (Launch, Skip, Re-run, Hold, Release, Cancel, and Force Finish)
Displaying the Audit Table
- To display the Audit table, click Audits from the Navigation Pane. The default Audit table displays today's audit activity, as shown in the example below:
- To change the record selection, modify the display filter. For example, you may want to display all Audit activity for the past month. For instructions, see Sorting and Filtering a List.
- To display details about a particular audit record, click on the underlined field of the record (in the leftmost column).
