Overview

The OpsWise Automation Center audit function maintains a detailed record of all user interactions with the system, including before and after images related to any change and a description of the differences. Audit records are written when the user performs any of the following actions:

  • Creates a new record
  • Updates a record
  • Deletes a record
  • Issues a command against a task or task instance (Launch, Skip, Re-run, Hold, Release, Cancel, and Force Finish)

Displaying the Audit Table

  1. To display the Audit table, click Audits from the Navigation Pane. The default Audit table displays today's audit activity, as shown in the example below:

  3. To change the record selection, modify the display filter. For example, you may want to display all Audit activity for the past month. For instructions, see Sorting and Filtering a List.
  4. To display details about a particular audit record, click on the underlined field of the record (in the leftmost column).
